I authorize the binding of my insurance coverage through email when allowed. I acknowledge I have read/reviewed and agree with all terms, conditions, exclusions, and disclosures contained in the Proposal. I understand and agree that all coverages are subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and declarations of the actual policy.
I understand that some Proposal items are required by Approved Brokers via McDonald’s and/or NOIT Agreements. Besnard Insurance and/or Dean Villella Agency are not involved in placing these programs, and, consequently, we cannot confirm or provide details regarding its accuracy and completeness. We disclaim any liability for incurred damages and assume no responsibility for the structure, financial stability, or completeness of the programs.
